C. Three body, "forme collier" engine-turned (the back worn). D. Silver engine-turned with Roman numerals on a polished chapter ring and subsidiary seconds. Bold Breguet hands. M. 21 - , gilt brass, bar calibre with going barrel, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement of the second type introduced by Breguet circa 1812, the first made with draw, two-arm cut bimetallic balance with elastic suspension, free sprung blued steel helical balance spring with terminal curves. Dead centre second mechanism so call "seconde d'un coup" with bolt in the band. Signed on the movement. Diam. 55 cm.
