Breguet No. 3596, sold on 22 November 1921 to Mr. Leon Segar, for 960 Francs. Fine gilt bronze, small eight day going, "petite sonnerie", quarter repeating carriage clock with alarm.
C. Gilt bronze "Corniche", glazed on four sides and top. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute ring and subsidiary alarm setting chapter. Frosted and gilt dial plate Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Brass rectangular with going barrels both on the going and the striking trains, platform escapement with lateral lever escapement, bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and regulator. Striking, repeating and alarm on gongs with button on the top and Strike/Silent lever in the base. Signed on the back plate hi very good condition. Dim. 100 x 70 x 60 mm., excluding the handle.
