White enamel "souscription" type, signed on the reverse by Borel, No. 74, Breguet numerals and five-minute divisions, secret signature below XII o'clock. Blued steel souscription hand with tapered point. M. 56.9 mm. (23'''), gilt brass, "souscription" calibre, center hanging barrel, overhanging ruby cylinder escapement, gilt brass three-arm jeweled balance, pare-chute suspension and bimetallic compensation curb, four-wheel train, winding from both sides. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 61 mm.
