Breguet No. 617, sent to Recordon on year 8 (1800). Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel diamond-set "medallion montre a tact".
C. double body, "forme collier", made by Tavernier, the cover of translucent blue enamel over engine-turning, rose-cut diamond set touch pieces on the band, diamond-set lose-ring pendant and arrow hand applied on the revolving polished back. Gold cuvette engraved: "Breguet & Recordon, London No. 617" , with eccentric dial aperture. D. silver small eccentric, repainted with Arabic numerals, fixed on the barrel's bridge. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 15-, gilt brass, "souscription" calibre with central barrel, overhanging ruby cylinder escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring. Signed on the movement and cuvette. In very good condition with small chain and gold key. Diam. 41 mm.
