C. Two-body, solid, polished, case back with concentric "guilloché" engraving, reeded band, straight lugs, gold screwed bars, rounded bezel, sapphire crystal. D. "Guilloché", silvered 18K gold with painted radial Roman numerals on an outer plain reserve, secret "Breguet" signature. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 818/8, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness: 5 mm.
