Breguet No. 2775, sold on 5th September 1940 to Mr. Fraisse for 35000 Francs. Very fine 18 ct. gold, keyless self winding watch.

C. Three body, massive, "forme quatre baguettes", polished. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Silver engineturned with Roman numerals on a polished eccentric chapter ring, subsidiary seconds and a sector engraved with up-and-down scale calibrated to 60 hours. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 19"' rhodium plated with "fausses côtes" decoration, 22 jewels, relieved for the oscillating platinum winding weight, pivoted beneath the dial on the edge of the front plate. Straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Signed on the dial and movement. In very good condition, with certificate No. 3929. Diam. 49 mm.
