Breguet, No. 318, 1940's. Very fine and rare 18 ct. gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer with 18 ct. gold deployant clasp.

M. 13"' rhodiumed, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Signed on the dial, numbered and stamped on the case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 33 mm.
