Very fine 18 ct. gold, diamond set skeletonised, keyless minute repeating, moon phase astronomical "grande sonnerie" clockwatch with perpetual calendar, in original green leather fitted box with gold sapphire set setting pin.

C. Three piece, massive, "variée" polished, with reeded band and glazed back, the winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire. D. Skeletonised, the hours marks set with diamonds and with small subsidiary gold chapter rings for the days of the week, the months of the leap-year cycle and the dates, subsidiary seconds with inner moon phase aperture on a disc of lapis lazuli. Diamond set gold Breguet hands. M. 20"', gilt brass, fully engraved with elaborate foliate scroll work, double train with differential winding, 44 jewels, straight fine lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. " Grande sonnerie" carillon striking on three gongs with three hammers, the strike/silent setting boit in the band, the minute repeating released by depressing the crown. Signed on the dial and the bow. In very good condition. Diam. 61 mm.
