Breguet à Paris, Swiss, No. 3386, circa 1800. Fine 18 ct. gold quarter repeating watch with automaton Jacks and visible balance.

C. Three body, Empire, polished. GiIt brass cuvette. D. Small eccentric white enamel with Breguet numerals. Gold polished hands. Blue enamelled dial plate with glazed balance aperture and gold paillonne inhabited foliage. Varicoloured gold Chinese Jacks, applied on either sides of the dial, strike hours and quarters. M. Inverted gilt brass full plate with conical pillars, fusee with chain, cylinder escapement, plain brass six-arm balance, flat balance spring. Repeating on a belle set beneath the dial, by depressing the pendant and with repeating work set on the back plate. Signed on the dust-cap. In good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
