C. Four body, "forme collier", engine-turned made by Joly (Master mark) No. 2094. Hinged gilt brass cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 19-, gilt brass, first class calibre, with going barrel, overhanging ruby cylinder escapement, plain brass three-arm balance with parachute suspension, flat balance spring with bimetallic compensation curb on the index. Repeating on one gong with a single hammer through a steel intermediate steel block, with pull-twist piston in the band. Signed on the dial and cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 50 mm.

Daniel Doumerc was among the best friends Breguet had in England. When his son was working with John Arnold, he was living in London with the Doumerc family.
