Breguet No. B 21275, limited edition of 500 examples, derived from the famous model made for the French army (Aeronaval) ans sold to the general public in the 1950's. Very fine stainless steel military wristwatch, with "Retour en Vol" round button chronograph and registers, with fitted box.

C. polished, screwed back, waterproof, revolving bezel graduated for 60 minutes, lapidated lugs. D. black with radiumed Arabic numerals + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 15 minutes registers. "Skeleton" radiumed hands. M. 14"' rhodiumed, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, selfcompensating flat balance-spring. Signed on the dial, numbered on the case. In excellent condition. Diam. 40 mm.

Notes

The title retour en ool refers to the instantaneous fly-back feature of the chronograph work. A single push on the lover chronograph button zero's the chronograph hand whilst still in motion, which then restants immediately, avoiding the need for a pilot to break concentration from the controls of the plane.
