Breguet No. 4284, case No. 12188, circa 1880 Very fine and rare, 18 ct. gold, small hunting cased, moon phase astronomical, keyless watch with perpetual calendar.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute ring, sunk subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months for the four year bissextile cycle, the date and seconds with inner moon phase aperture. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 13,5?, gilt brass, 18 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Signed on the cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 41 mm.
