"guilloché" silver, with painted Roman numerals on a decentred ring, graduation and aperture for the visible tourbillon. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. No 278, 12"'-Cal. 558, threequarter plate engraved gilt brass, 21 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 6 positions, antishock system, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 35 mm.
