Two-body, spring-loaded front cover painted en camaieu de rose depicting The Judgement of Paris after an engraving by Angelica Kauffmann (1741 - 1807), the back painted in the same manner with Venus punishing Cupid, the upper portion in blue, white and green champlevé enamel with a repeated curtain pattern, gold suspension chain. D. White enamel, Breguet numerals. Gold 'arrowhead' hands. M. 23.5 mmo, gilt brass full plate, cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass baance, continental cock.Signed on the movementDim. 34 x 29 mm.
