Breguet No. 58. sold to Monsieur le Colonel White on lst. December 1836. Fine 18 ct. gold quarter repeating watch with short gold Breguet chain and ratchet key.

C. Four body, "forme quatre baguettes" by Jolly No. 849, engine turned, the back centred with small initiais. " C.W.". Gold cuvette signed "Breguet No. 58". D. Silver engine turned with Roman numerals and eccentric subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Frosted and gilt, bar caliber, overhanging ruby cylinder escapement, plain three armed brass balance, parachute suspension, flat balance spring with bimetallic compensation curb. Repeating on gongs, pull-twist piston in the band. In good condition. Diam. 43 mm.
