Breguet No. 4073, sold to Mr. le Comte Cicogna on 4 August 1824 for the sum of 1800 Francs. Fine 18 ct. gold and silver "médaillon à tact" with eccentric dial. With certificate and original Breguet short chain.
C. Three body, forme quatre baguettes by Tavernier, No. 4019, engine-turned, the silver band with gold touch pieces, the à tact arrow on the back, with monogram " CC" surmounted by a ducal crown in blue champleve enamel. Gold cuvette. D. Eccentric, engine-turned silver, with Roman numerals on a plain reserve, secret signatures on either side of "XII". Gold Breguet hands. M. Gilt brass 16-, bar caliber, with overhanging ruby cylinder escapement, three armed plain gold balance with parachute suspension on the upper pivot. Blued steel flat balance spring. Signed on the dial, cuvette and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 41 mm.
