Notes

This watch is made according to Breguet's design for the "montre de souscription a tact". It was made in Switzerland probably for the Hispanic market around 1860. Although not made by Breguet it is an interesting and attractive watch for the collector. When first made, the back of the watch had an a tact feature, the back was probably replaced very soon after the watch was made but the a tact mechanism remains inside.
