Breguet No.4273, Swiss, circal890. Fine 18 ct. pink gold hunting-cased, minuterepeating keyless moon-phase astronomical watch with perpetual calendar and chronograph.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets carrure plate" polished. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph rings, subsidiary dials for days of the week, months with leap year cycle, date and seconds with inner moon phase and age aperture (very small hair cracks). Gold "spade" hands. M. 18"', frosted and gilt, 29 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeatiing on gongs with side in the band, chronograph with push-piece in the band. Signed on the cuvette. In good condition. Diam. 52 mm.
