Produced in the 1980's.Very fine astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual and lunar calendar, moon phases and 45 hours power reserve, with an 18K yellow gold buckle and an 18K pink gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

"guilloché" silver with painted Roman numerals on a plain reserve, auxiliary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, graduation for the age of the moon and the Up-and-Down indication at 11, aperture for the moon phases at 1.
