Very rare 18 ct gold keywound, center, sweep seconds, quarter repeating watch. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. Fine gilt brass full plate movement, cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, Pouzait lever escapement with a plain gold five armed large balance.
