Very fine and elegant, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with "regulator dial", 38-hour power reserve indicator and date with an 18K yellow gold Breguet deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, reeded band, straight lugs with gold screwed bars, corrector on the band, sapphire crystal. D. Hand guilloché two tone silver, off-center brushed silver ring dial with painted radial Roman numerals, sector for the 38 hours power reserve indication, outer circle for the days of the month. Blued steel "Breguet" hands, blued steel ?Serpentine? hand for the date. M. Cal. 591DR, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, gold rotor.
