"Tourbillon Squelette Retro" Breguet, No. 2554, Ref. 3655. Made in the late 1990s. Very fine and rare, skeletonized, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with one minute tourbillon regulator, retrograde 24 hour and 50 hour power reserve indicators and an 18K yellow gold Breguet buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and a loupe.
