Very fine, large, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with curved-rectangular button chronograph, central instantaneous 60-minute register hand, 12-hour register, date and an 18K yellow gold Breguet deployant clasp. Three-body, solid, polished, screwed-down winding crown, transparent case back with 7 screws, curved and inclined bezel, coin-edge band, straight lapidated lugs, yellow gold screwed bars, sapphire crystals. D. Two-tone hand-turned guilloché silver with applied blued steel radial Roman numerals on a brushed reserve, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 12-hour register, outer 60-minute divisions, aperture for the date at 6. Luminous blued steel Breguet hour and minute hands, central silver 60-minute register hand with luminous blued steel tip. M. Cal. 583Q, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 24 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, engine-turned rotor segment. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 43 mm. Thickness 14.5 mm.
