Very fine and important, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with 45-hour power reserve, perpetual and lunar calendar, moon phases with an 18K yellow gold Breguet buckle. Accompanied by a fitted Breguet box.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, rounded bezel, reeded band, transparent case-back, straight lugs, yellow gold screwed bars, sapphireset winding-crown, correctors on the band, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché silvered solid gold with painted radial Roman numerals on a plain reseve, subsidiary ring dials for the date, days of the week, the months, the leap year, sector for age of the moon and the up and down indication, aperture for the moon phases. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 13''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 38 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, 5 adjustments, shock absorber, self compensating flat balance spring, 21K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
