24-Hour Jump-Hour Breguet, "Heures Sautantes", No. 42/400, Ref. 3339B. Made in a limited series of 400 examples in the 1990?s. Very fine and rare, jump-hour, self-winding, platinum wristwatch with an 18k white gold Breguet buckle.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, snap-on case back with concentric guilloché engraving, reeded band, straight curved lugs, screw bars, rounded stepped bezel, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown, sapphire crystal. D. Enamel, white with painted black Breguet numerals, aperture for the red 24-hour jump hour, inner minute division. Blued steel Breguet hand. M. Cal. 562, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensated flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
