Breguet Platinum Skeletonized Tourbillon Breguet, "Tourbillon Squelette Perpetuel", no.1682 X, movement No. 3968, Ref. 3755. Made in the 2000's. Very fine, rare and important limited series platinum cased wristwatch with skeletonized pink movement, visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, perpetual calendar with retrograde date and a platinum Breguet deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, concave bezel, reeded band with inset calendar adjusters, straight lugs with screw bars, glazed case back, sapphire crystals. D. Skeletonized with off-center silver ring dial, painted radial Roman numerals for the hours, minutes and concentric upper half retrograde date, silver ring dials for the months at 3 combined with leap year indicator and the days of the week at 9, retrograde 30-seconds graduation at 6, aperture for the tourbillon cage with hand-engraved steel bridge carrying a blued steel double seconds hand at 6. Blued steel Breguet, arrow and serpentine hands. M. Cal.13''', pink gold plated brass skeletonized and hand engraved, 21 jewels, lateral lever escapement with one-minute tourbillon regulator with polished steel arms, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial and case signed. Diam. 40 mm. Thickness 10.5 mm.
