Very fine and important, skeletonized, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with 45-hour power reserve, perpetual and lunar calendar, moon phases and 18K yellow gold Breguet buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, certificate, hang tag and instruction manual.
