Breguet A Monsieur Leleu Breguet, No. 912, sold to Monsieur Leleu, Germinal, An 10 (March- April, 1803), paid 600 Francs on 10 Frimaire, An 11 (December 1st, 1803). Very fine and rare, large, 18K rose gold ?montre de souscription? pocket watch with ruby cylinder escapement.

C. Three-body, ?forme collier?, No. 419 by Joly (master mark), engine-turned grains d?orge with polished rim and bezel, coinedge band, loose ring pendant. D. White enamel by Borel, No. 112, secured by a screw, Breguet numerals, outer divisions for the five minutes, quarter and halfhours, secret signature below 12. Blued steel ?souscription? hand. M. Gilt brass, 25???, souscription caliber with central barrel wound from the front or back, overhanging ruby cylinder escapement, three-arm gilt balance with amplitude limiting pin on the upper rim, pare-chute on the top pivot, blued steel flat balance spring, bimetallic temperature compensation curb on the index regulator. Dial and movement signed, case with Joly punch mark. Diam. 61.5 mm.
