Breguet, Marine Automatique, "World Time", No. 4386 H, Ref. 3700. Produced in the 1990's.Fine, center-seconds, self-winding, two time zone, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date and an 18K yellow gold Breguet deployant clasp.

C. three-body, solid, polished, case back with screws, ridged band, two superimposed winding-crowns, rounded bezel, straight lugs. D. central disc with meridians and parallels hand, engraved surrounded by a plain silver ring dial with painted radial Roman numerals, surrounded also by a revolving ring in 24 hours, Arabic numerals for the second time zone, outer silver ring bearing the names of 24 cities in the world rotating by means of the bottom crown, aperture for the date. "Breguet" blued stel hands. M.
