c. Three-body, Empire, the back painted on enamel depicting a lady playing the lyre, shield-shaped border with gold and blue paillon foliate decoration on a Royal blue ground, scalloped band. Gilt-metal cuvette hinged to the movement ring. d. White enamel, secured by a screw, Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel Breguet hands. m. 42 mm., gilt brass full plate with turned pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, continental cock with faceted red stone endpiece, silvered regulation dial, repeating on gongs activated by depressing the pendant. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 55 mm.
