C. Four-body, polished, the case back engine-turned with an applied gold foliate monogram. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with black Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 18"', matte gilt, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement à moustache, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, patent screw micrometer regulator of 1884. Cuvette signed by the retailer, movement signed Vacheron & Constantin. Diam. 50 mm.
