Breguet, "Heures Sautantes, No 2794", case No. 260 / 800, Ref. 3420. Made in a limited edition of 800 examples, sold in December 1992. Very fine and rare, jumping-hour, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with regulator-type enamel dial and an 18k yellow gold Breguet buckle. Accompanied by fitted box and warranty.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, case back with concentric guilloché engraving, reeded band, straight lugs, gold screwed bars, rounded bezel, sapphire-set winding crown, sapphire crystal. D. White enamel with painted Breguet numerals, secret Breguet signature under the 60, on the 12, aperture for the jumping hour. Blued steel Breguet hand. M. Cal. 562, twin barrels, rhodium-plated, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 7.5 mm.
