BREGUET CHRONOGRAPH AU COMTE MARESCOT, SILVER & PINK GOLD Breguet, Swiss, No. 3826. Made in 1900, sold on April 26, 1900 to Comte Marescot for 600 Francs. Very fine, keyless, silver and pink gold pocket watch with chronograph and register. Accompanied by the Extract from the Breguet Archives.

Four body, bassine, solid, polished, pink gold hinges, crown, thumb-piece and chronograph button, the front cover engraved with a small Count?s coronet, button at 12 for the start/ stop and return-to-zero function of the chronograph. Hinged silver cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, inner red 24-hour numerals, outer minute track and outermost fi fths of a second divisions with Arabic fi ve-minute numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds and 30-minute register. Gold spade hands. M. Cal. 19''', matte gilt, 25 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, moustache straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, index regulator. Cuvette signed. Diam. 53 mm.
