Breguet "Médicale", No. 1308, Ref. 3640. Produced in the 1990's. Very fine and flat, center-seconds, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date, pulsometer and an 18K yellow gold Breguet buckle. Accompanied by original box and certificate.
C. three-body, solid, polished, partly "guilloché" case back, ridged band, rounded bezel, straight lugs, gold screwed bars, cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown, sapphire crystal. D. "guilloché" silver at the center, outer brushed silver ring dials graduation for 15 pulsations 2 times per minute, concentric, the second graduation, both in painted Arabic numerals, inner ring dial with painted radial Roman numerals for the hours, aperture for the date. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. Cal. 11 1/2??? rhodium-plated, 22 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, double barrel, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 22K "guilloché" gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm.
