Breguet, No. 1971, "Bulletin de 2ème classe de l'Observatoire de Besançon", sold to Bugatti on April 20, 1928. Very fine and important, keyless, silver, split-seconds chronograph watch with 60-minute register.

C. four-body, "bassine", polished, concealed hinge, hinged silver cuvette, crown push-button at 12 o'clock for start/stop and return to zero, at 11 o'clock for split-seconds. D. white enamel, Arabic numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions with five-minute/seconds Arabic numerals. Blued steel "Spade" hands. M. 43 mm. (19 '''), gilt brass, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring, visible split-seconds chronograph work. Signed on the dial and cuvette. Diam. 53 mm.
