Very fine and rare 18K yellow gold wristwatch with split-second chronograph with an enamel dial and an 18K yellow gold deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original fitted Breguet box.

Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 535N, 12 lines, 23 rubies. 48-hour power reserve, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance wheel with timing screws, Breguet overcoil. Adjusted in 5 positions. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 40mm. Thickness 14mm.
