Very fine and elegant, egg-shaped, 18K white gold and diamond-set, water-resistant, self-winding, lady?s wristwatch with phases of the moon, power reserve indication and an 18K white gold deployant clasp set with 26 round diamonds. Accompanied by a fitted wooden box and guarantee.

Three-body, egg-shaped, polished, the bezel set with 117 round diamonds (approx. 0.99 ct) on the inner and outer edge, coin-edge band, case back with transparent aperture and 6 screws, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown at 4, sapphire crystals. D. Mother of pearl with painted radial Breguet numerals on an offset engine-turned silver reserve, subsidiary guilloche seconds dial, sector for the power reserve and aperture for moon phases at 12, secret Breguet signature. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 537 DRL, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating fl at balance spring.
