Two-body, rectangular, mahogany, the movement set on a hinged black dial plate, buttons for Rattrapante and Mise a L'Heure, large winding crown. Painted cream dial with Arabic 24-hour numerals, outer minute track with Arabic five-minute numerals Blued steel poire hands. 24"', matte gilt, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, index regulator.

The movement is of very high quality as would be expected in a navigational instrument.
