Cartier on December 27, 1969.Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, triple date calendar and moon phases with an 18K yellow gold Breguet deployant clasp. Accompanied by certificate.

D. matte silver with applied gold baton indexes and Arabic numerals, auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12-hours and 30-minute registers, outer graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. "Dauphine" yellow gold hands. M. Cal. 13''', rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-bsorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.
