Breguet, Tourbillon Squelette Perpetuel", No. 2789, Ref. 3755. Produced in the 1990's.Very fine and important, large, skeletonized, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, retrograde perpetual calendar and an 18K yellow gold Breguet buckle.

D. skeletonized with off-center silver ring dial with painted radial Roman numerals for the hours, minutes and the retrograde date at 12, silver ring dials for the months at 3 and the days of the week at 9, leap year indicaton at 3, seconds graduated in 30 seconds at 6, aperture for the tourbillon with hand-engraved steel bridge and double seconds hand at 6. "Breguet" and "Serpntine" blued steel hands. M. 13''', gilt brass, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 21 jewels, lateral lever escapement with one-minute tourbillon regulator with polished steel arms, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.Dial and case signed.Diam. 40 mm.
