C. Two-body, polished, with reeded bezels, the glass bezel of octagonal shape. D. Small, white enamel, Breguet numerals, eccentrically placed within a spring-loaded gilt plate chased with putti and courting doves. Gilt "fleur-de-lis" hands. Lifting the putti plate via a small lever protruding underneath the bezel at 3 o'clock reveals a large and finely painted on enamel scene depicting a couple on horseback, enjoying a frenetic cavalcade. M. 48 mm., hinged, frosted gilt full plate with cylindrial pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement brass balance with flat balance spring, continental cock designed as a rosette.Signed on dial and movement.Diam. 48 mm.
