Breguet, "Quantieme Perpetuel", No. 4018. Produced in the 1990s. Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual and lunar calendar, moon phases, 45-hour power reserve and an 18K yellow gold Breguet buckle.
C. three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, reeded band, straight lugs, screwed bars, cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown, sapphire crystal. D. "guilloché" silver with painted Roman numerals on a plain outer reserve, auxiliary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, sector graduations for the age of the moon at 1 and the up-and-down indication at 11 o'clock, aperture for the moon phases.
