The Lord Lauderdale Breguet et Fils, No. 1913, sold to Lord Lauderdale on February 24, 1807 for 2760 francs. Very fine gold "4ème grandeur" jump-hour hand quarter-repeating watch.

Four-body, "forme quatre baguettes", by master casemaker Tavernier, No. 2535, back engine-turned in a radial pattern, center with engine-turned rosette, engine turned and reeded band, detachable gold cuvette with winding and regulating apertures.D. Gold, champlevé Roman numerals, subsidiary sunk seconds at 4 o?clock, engine-turned center. Blued steel Breguet hands.M. 39 mm (17 1/2???), gilt brass bridge calibre, jeweled to the center, lateral counterpoised lever escapement (later), cut-bimetallic compensation balance with flat balance spring, Breguet type repeating work striking with single hammer through intermediary block on single short rectangular gong, activated by pull-and-twist piston in the pendant.Signed on dial and cuvette.Diam. 43 mm.
