Breguet "Serpentine", No. 3583, Ref. 4070. Made in only nine examples with Islamic numerals, in the 1980s. Very fine and unusual, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with date, phases and age of the moon. Accompanied by an 18K white gold buckle.
