Notes

Ref. 3420Limited edition of 400 examples in platinum and 800 examples in yellow gold, launched in 1991.What is a Jump Hour? The jump hour or 'heure sautante' is a feature on a watch in which the digital hours are displayed through a window. This window is called an aperture or 'guichet'. At the end of each hour, the hour disc jumps forward to reveal the next numeral. In 1921, Audemars Piguet produced the first wristwatches with the jump hour digital hour display.
