Breguet, "Quantieme Perpetuel", No. 3999. Produced in the 1990s. Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 45-hour power reserve and an 18K yellow gold Breguet deployant clasp.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, reeded band, straight lugs, screwed bars, cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown, sapphire crystal. D. "Guilloché" silver with painted Roman numerals on a plain outer reserve, subsidiary silver ring dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, sector graduations for the age of the moon at 1 and the up-and-down indication at 11, aperture for the moon phases. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 502.3, engraved gilt brass, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K engraved gold rotor.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 36 mm.
