Double body, the ribbed back decorated with panels of blue enamel and sections of white and azure champleve enamelled floral and formal decoration, sound board with champleve enamelled flower and foliage against an azure ground, black enamelled sound hole and azure key board. Gold chain suspension. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, winding aperture at 2 o'clock. Gold "cathedrales" hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass threearm balance with flat spring and regulator. Gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece. Apocryphal signature on the dial and back plate. Dims. 61 x 27 mm.
