Breitling, ?Chronograph?, case No. 689871, Ref. 797. Made in the 1940s. Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer.

c. Two-body, solid, polished, ?Cornes des Vaches? lugs, stepped bezel, dedicated snap-on case back. D. Two-tone silver with painted black Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 45 minute register, outer minute and 1/5th second track, outermost tachometer scale. Blued steel fancy hands. m. 13???, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed, case numbered. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
