Breitling Genève, "Cosmonaute Chrono-Matic", Ref. 1809. Produced in the 1970's. Fine and very large, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, telemeter, slide-rule and date, winding crown at 9 and the chronograph push-buttons at 2 and 4 o'clock.
C. three-body, polished, revolving reeded and graduated bezel, screwed-down case back, lapidated lugs. D. black and "guilloché" silver with painted tritium-coated Arabic numerals in 24 hour graduation, auxiliary 30 minute and 12 hour register dials, outer graduation for the minutes, the telemeter and the slide-rule, aperture for the date. "Bâton" tritium-coated red hands. M. Cal. 112, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balance-spring, micro-rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 49 mm.
