Very fine and rare, two time-zone, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, round button chronograph, register, tachometer and lunar calendar. Accompanied by a heavy 18K yellow gold Breitling link bracelet.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, dedicated case back embossed with logo, graduated concave bezel with fluted edge, small straight lugs. D. White with applied yellow gold bâton indexes and tritium dots, subsidiary sunk dials for the seconds, the 30-minute registers, the second time-zone in 12 hours set by a pusher on the band, the days of the week, of the month, the months, blue ring dial for the leap year, outer tachometer graduation, aperture on the 3 for the moon phases and the age of the moon sector.
